Ingredients: Chia seeds

Directions to use- Soak one teaspoon full of Chia Seeds in water for one hour and let
it swell. Consume as such with water, Can be added in smoothies, shakes and flour
to make chapatis.

Ideal daily consumption is one teaspoon a day

Shelf life: 12 months from date of packaging. (Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. Zip-lock
after use)
